Paul tells us what your life will look like when the divine Artist is finished with the masterpiece that is you: you will look like Jesus.  You "are being transformed into His likeness."  Jesus is the prototype; He is the pattern God is using as He forms you.  God doesn't want to settle for making you a little nicer, or furnishing you with a little more courage, or giving you a little more joy.  His plans are much more impressive.  He wants you to be just like Jesus.
