Listen to the Word And
we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being
transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory.

Paul
tells us what your life will look like when the divine Artist is
finished with the masterpiece that is you: you will look like
Jesus. You "are being transformed into His likeness." Jesus
is the prototype; He is the pattern God is using as He forms you.
God doesn't want to settle for making you a little nicer, or furnishing
you with a little more courage, or giving you a little more joy.
His plans are much more impressive. He wants you to be just like
Jesus.

Live the Word
As you go through the day today, pray this "breath prayer"
as often as it comes to mind: "Lord Jesus, make me like You."
