What would it look like if you lived life in Jesus' name?  There would no doubt be some distinct changes.  First, there would be more gratitude.  Colossians 3:17 specifically identifies giving thanks as a natural part of living in Jesus' name.  You would trade your grumbling for gratefulness, and you would look for opportunities to say thanks.  Second, there would be more awareness of His presence.  Living in Jesus' name is more than doing things for Jesus - it is doing things WITH Jesus.  It is not a performance for Him, but rather a partnership with Him.  Third, there would be more love.  Love is always the ultimate standard for the follower of Christ.  Life in your name is a selfish life.  Life in Jesus' name is a life of love
