The risen Christ told His disciples that they were not only to be recipients of the news of the resurrection - they were also to be heralds.  The Father sent Jesus to us, and Jesus sends us to the world.  We are called to share the good news that Jesus lived, that He died for all, and that He didn't stay dead!  We are His missionaries, His ambassadors.

You know about Jesus because those early disciples eagerly agreed to be sent.  Who can come to know Him if you allow Jesus to send you?
