Do you struggle with stress? Are you worried and anxious? Is there something you are facing that makes you want to pull your hair and scream, or pull someone else's hair and scream? If so, this week's Scripture will offer you some hope.  

Peter encourages you to cast all your anxiety on God. The Greek word that is translated "cast" literally means "throw upon." Just toss your concerns at God. Fling your worries away to Him like you are bailing water out of a leaky boat. You don't have to carry your cares alone. God wants to help. Give all your stress to Him!
