Listen
to the Word "...In him all things hold together."
(Colossians
1:17)
|
|
As Paul admires the incomparable Christ in Colossians 1, he gives Jesus
praise for the fact that the universe is running. Our cosmos is
not a self-sufficient system. It is because of Christ that gravity
works, and the earth revolves around the sun, and day follows
night. He's got the whole world in His hands! Jesus is the
superintendent of the Solar System, the divine glue that keeps
everything in place. It would all fall apart without Him. In
Him all things hold together.

today? Give it to Christ in prayer. Trust that the one who
