to the Word
"The
heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his
hands." (Psalm 19:1)
|
|
Psalm 19:1 tells us that the
greatness of God is on display in what He has made. Look at the
clouds drifting overhead, or the vast array of stars at night - the sky
shouts that its Maker is amazing. Springtime flowers do some
pretty good proclaiming, too. One of God's character traits that
comes through loud and clear is His creativity. God obviously has a
huge imagination! He invented the colors of the sunset and the
flavor of your favorite food. He designed the potato and the
platypus. He made it all, and it all points us back to His
glory.

Live the
Word
Take a moment to look out a window. Notice some
created thing, and ponder what it reveals about the character of the God
who made it.
