FBCLS Young Adult Ministry is focused upon taking ownership of your personal relationship with God and living it. We do this by focusing on three areas: Loving God, Loving Others, and Serving the World. We realize that when students graduate high school and go to college or into the work world, they are faced with and challenged by different worldviews. Our goal is to face those issues head on, and to openly talk about them and how we can live a sold-out Christian life, in a world that tries to water down the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Each Monday night we fellowship, study, eat, and play sports like Volley ball and Basket ball in our Family Life Center Gym. Occasionally we venture outside this time for special events. You can find out more about this group and these events on our Facebook page CHIPS.
Every Saturday night we Fellowship, Worship, and Study God's word in large and small groups. Come ready to discuss challenging scripture.
We collect donations for Lee's Summit Social Services every week, and occasionally do outreach and service projects.
Check our Facebook page Resonate to see what we'll be studying, and what Lee's Summit Social Services is in need of each week. Park on the South side of the building and enter through the southernmost door.
